Mr. Jose Antonio Fernandez Carbajal has been the Chairman of the company since 2014. Currently, he serves as a Vice Chairman of the Heineken NV and serves as the Chairman of Coca-Cola FEMSA, FEMSA Foundation, Tecnologico de Monterrey and the USMexico Foundation. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of FEMSA from 1995 to 2013. Prior to this, he held various roles in FEMSA including Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer from 1991 to 1995. He also served as the Commercial Vice President of Cerveceria Cuauhtemoc Moctezuma, S.A. de C.V. from 1992 to 1993. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Cadena Comercial OXXO, S.A. de C.V. from 1989 to 1991 and Strategic Planning Manager of Grupo VISA, S.A. de C.V. from 1988 to 1989.

Mr. Daniel Alberto Rodriguez Cofre has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of FEMSA Comercio from 2016 to 2021. He also served as the Chief Financial and Corporate Officer at the company from 2015 to 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Centros Comerciales Sudamericanos S.A. from 2009 to 2014.

Mr. Francisco Camacho Beltran has been the Chief Corporate Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served in various senior management positions at Procter & Gamble and Revlon. Previously, he worked as the Head of its Bonafont water operations in Mexico. Currently, Mr. Beltran serves as the Corporate Chief Growth and Innovation Officer of Danone. Earlier, he served as an Executive Vice President and global head of the Essential Dairy and Plant-Based business and was responsible for Global Industrial Operations and Supply Chain.
