Mr. Peter Jackson has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since January 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Worldpay UK. He also served as the Head of Global Innovation at Banco Santander, Director of Santander UK Group Holdings plc and Chief Executive Officer of Travelex Group. Previously, he held various senior positions at Lloyds, Halifax Bank of Scotland, and McKinsey & Company.

Mr. Paul Edgecliffe-Johnson has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since March 2023. Prior to this, he was Chief Financial Officer & Group Head of Strategy for Intercontinental Hotels Group plc (“IHG”), and held various senior-level finance positions. He also acted as Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chief Executive Officer of IHG’s Europe, Middle East and Africa division. He served as Senior Manager for Private Equity Tax Structuring at PricewaterhouseCoopers and previously worked in Corporate Finance at HSBC Investment Bank.

Mr. Jonathan Hill has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2023. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as Group Chief Financial Officer at Saga plc. He served as the Group Director of Finance at the UK housebuilder Bovis Homes Group Plc. Mr. Hill also served in senior finance roles at TUI Travel and Centrica. Mr. Hill started his career with Pricewaterhouse.

Mr. Conor Lynch has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since March 2023, He served as Director of Strategic Platforms. Prior to this role he worked for Paddy Power Betfair. He held digital technology space, holding roles in multi-nationals and technology start-ups operating in the Finance, Automotive, Airline and Construction industries.

Ms. Amy Howe has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company's subsidiary FanDuel Group since 2021. Previously, she served as Global Chief Operating Officer of Ticketmaster at Live Nation Entertainment.
