Mr. R. Scott Rowe has been the President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the President of the Cameron Group from 2016 to 2017. Earlier, Mr. Rowe served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Cameron International Corp from 2015 to 2016. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Cameron International Corp from 2014 to 2015. Prior to this, Mr. Rowe served as the Chief Executive Officer of OneSubsea from 2012 to 2014 and President of the Subsea Systems division of Cameron from 2012 to 2014. Earlier, he served as the President of the Engineered and Process Valves division at Cameron International Corp from 2010 to 2012.

Ms. Amy B. Schwetz has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Peabody Energy Corp from 2015 to 2020. Previously, Ms. Schwetz served as the Senior Vice President of Finance & Administration at Peabody Energy’s business in Australia from 2013 to 2015. Earlier, she served as the Senior Vice President of Finance & Administration at Peabody Energy’s business in Americas from 2012 to 2013. Prior to this, Ms. Schwetz served as the Vice President of Investor Relations at Peabody Energy from 2011 to 2012. Previously, she served as the Vice President of Capital and Financial Planning at Peabody Energy from 2009 to 2011. Earlier, Ms. Schwetz served in several senior leadership roles at Peabody Energy from 2005 to 2009. Prior to this, she served as an Audit Manager of Ernst & Young LLP from 1997 to 2005.

Mr. Scott V. Vopni has been the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at Dean Foods Co from 2010 to 2019. Previously, Mr. Vopni served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer of Dean Foods Co from 2017 to 2018. Earlier, he served as the Senior Vice President of Finance at Dean Foods Co from 2016 to 2017. Prior to this, Mr. Vopni served as the Senior Vice President of Investor Relations at Dean Foods Co from in 2015. Earlier, he served as the Vice President and Controller of Dean Foods Co from 2008 to 2010.

Ms. Susan C. Hudson has been Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Flowserve Corp since 2022. Prior joining Flowserve, Ms. Hudson served in various roles at Pier 1 Imports, including as Senior Corporate Counsel over litigation and employment law.

Ms. Elizabeth L. Burger has been the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2018. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of HanesBrands Inc from 2013 to 2017. Previously, Ms. Burger served as the Senior Vice President of Global Business Operation at Monsanto Co from 2007 to 2013. Earlier, she served as the Vice President of Corporate Human Resources at Monsanto Co from 2006 to 2007. Prior to this, Ms. Burger served as the Vice President of Compensation from 2005 to 2006. Earlier, she served in several leadership roles at Monsanto Co from 1995 to 2005.
