Mr. James H. Herbert, II has been the Chairman and Director of the bank since 2022. He worked with Babson College as a Trustee from 2015 to 2021. Previously, he served as a Member at the Federal Advisory Council between 2018 and 2020. Formerly, he served as a Director at San Francisco Bancorp between 1980 and 1985.

Mr. Michael J Roffler has been Chief Executive Officer, Board of Directors and President of the bank since March 2022. Prior to this, he served as the the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the bank since 2015. Before this role, he served as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the bank from 2009 to 2015. Previously, he served as a Certified Public Accountant at KPMG LLP for 16 years.

Mr. Holland has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since November 2022. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Financial Officer at MUFG Union Bank. He also worked for MUFG Union Bank for 14 years.

Ms. Susie Cranston has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since September 2022. Prior to this, she served as Senior Executive Vice President of First Republic Private Wealth Management and health of wealth services. Previously, s. Cranston worked for McKinsey & Company for 12 years.

Ms. Olga Tsokova is the Executive Vice President, Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer of the bank. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer at City National Bank. Earlier, Ms. Tsokova worked as Certified Public Accountant with Ernst & Young for over 10 years.
