Mr. Thomas Fudge currently serves as the Chairman of the company. Prior to this, he held various roles at Tahoe Resources, Alexco Resources, Hecla Mining, and Sunshine Precious Metals. Earlier, he managed mining construction projects in the US, Mexico, Venezuela, the Yukon Territory, Guatemala, and Peru.

Mr. Keith Neumeyer has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and a Director of the company since 2001. He founded the company in 2002 and First Mining Gold in 2015. Earlier, Mr. Keith served in senior management positions in the areas of finance, business development, strategic planning, and corporate restructuring. He also served as the founding President of First Quantum Minerals Ltd.

Mr. David Soares has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Kirkland Lake Gold. Mr. Soares held senior leadership roles with mining companies including Xstrata, Glencore, and Barrick Gold.

Mr. Steve Holmes has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Joint Venture Capital at Barrick Gold Corp. He was the Chief Operating Officer of KGHM International, and the Operations Vice President of the Sierra Gorda copper mine in Chile. Mr. Holmes also served in general management roles at Asarco, the Mine Technology Group, Chino Mines Co, and Freeport-McMoRan.

Mr. Samir Patel serves as the Secretary and General Counsel of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Secretary and General Counsel of First Mining Gold Corp. Earlier, he was an Associate in the Securities & Capital Markets group of Borden Ladner GervaiS LLP.
