Mr. Seamus Keating has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since January 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Non Executive Chairman of the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Logica Group PLC from 2002 to 2010 and later on he served the company as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Benelux operations. He served the several financial roles of Olivetti Group. Presently, he serves as non executive Director of Compare the Market (CTM) Limited.

Mr. Ryan Preston has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Independent News & Media plc and at OVO Energy Retail. Previously, Preston served as the Group Finance Director, Europe of Tesco.

Mr. David Humphries has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Finance Director of Group Transformation at Lloyds Banking Group. Previously, he also worked with Logica plc, Deloitte and Axiom Systems Limited. He also served the corporate finance and insolvency practices of Deloitte in London.

Mr. Ashok Reddy has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2022. prior to this, he served more than 20 years of experience leading teams and driving revenue for Fortune 500 and private equity-backed technology companies. Previously, he served as the Group General Manager of IBM. He also served leadership roles at CA Technologies and Broadcom, and worked as the special adviser to digital transformation company, Digital.

Ms. Donna Troy has been the Chairman of the company since January 2020. Prior to this, has held various senior management roles including as the Chief Executive Officer, Division General management and Sales leadership roles in organisations including IBM, McAfee, Partnerware, Dell, SAP, and Epicor. Presently, she serves as a board member of Aptean.
