Mr. Paul Douglas has been the Chairman of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Canadian Business Banking at TD Bank Group and Vice-Chairman on the McMaster University.

Mr. Adam E Paul has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Trustee of the company since 2015. Previously, Mr. Paul served as the Senior Executive at Canadian Real Estate Investment Trust. He is also a member of the Young Presidents' Organization and a director of the Real Property Association of Canada (REALpac).

Mr. Neil Downey has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Enterprise Strategies of the company since 2021. He served as the Managing Director and Associate Director, of Canadian Research at RBC Capital Markets.

Mr. Jordan Robins has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since April 2016. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Planning and Development at RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust. Mr. Robins has over 25 years of extensive experience in the real estate sector.

Ms. Elle Agourias serves as Chief Accounting Officer of the company. She joined the company in 2015. Previously, Ms. Agourias was the Senior Manager of Audit at Deloitte specializing in public real estate clients in Canada and the US. She has over 20 years of experience in accounting and audit and currently oversees the accounting, tax and financial reporting functions at First Capital.
