Fielmann Group AG: Executives

Mr. Marc Fielmann has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as the Co-Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2018. Mr. Fielmann also served in the optical industry at Luxottica and Safilo. He joined the company in 2012.

Mr. Steffen Baetjer has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as the Executive Director Controlling of the company. Before this, he was a Finance Director at Universal Music Germany and WestLB Luxembourg. He also served as Group Chief Financial Officer at Techem, APCOA Parking, and the Work Zone Safety Group.

Mr. Bastian Koerber has been the Chief Sales Officer of the company since 2019. Previously, he held various positions at the company including as Sales Director and Senior Head of the International Expansion Department. Mr. Koerber also served as Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company.

Ms. Katja Gross has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2021. Previously, she served as the Vice President of Human Resources from 2018 to 2021, Director of Human Resources Development from 2014 to 201, Head of Human Resources Training from 2012 to 2014, and as the Head of Human Resources Sales Training from 2010 to 2011 at the company. Ms. Gross also served in the Office Training and Human Resources Development Projects of the company from 2007 to 2009. Earlier, she served as the Coordinator at Fielmann Akademie Schloss Plon gGmbH from 2005 to 2007 and as the Human Resources Development Consultant of the company from 2001 to 2005.

Mr. Mark K Binz serves as the Chairman of the company. He also serves as the Deputy Chairman of the Advisory Board at Faber-Castell AG and a Member of the Supervisory Board of Sick AG.
