Mr. Raymond R. Quirk has been the Vice Chairman of the company since February 2022. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company. Prior to this, he served as the President of the company. He also served as a Co-President of the company and as Co-Chief Operating Officer from 2006 until 2007. He worked with J. Alexander’s Holdings, Inc and F&G as a Director. Earlier, he held various positions at the company including Regional Manager, Division Manager, and Executive Vice President.

Mr. Michael J. Nolan is the Chief Executive Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as a President of the company in January 2016. He served as a Co-Chief Operating Officer from 2015 until 2016. Previously, he has over 30 years of experience in Fidelity National Title Group ("FNTG") and its predecessor companies. Previously, he served as Regional Manager from 2003 to 2010 and state and branch manager positions from 1998 to 2003. He joined the company in 1983 and held various executive and management positions, including President, Division Manager, Executive Vice President and Regional Manager.

Mr. Anthony J. Park has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Controller and Assistant Controller of the company from 1991 to 2000. Previously, he served as the Chief Accounting Officer from 2000 to 2005.

Mr. Peter T. Sadowski has been the Chief Legal Officer of the company since 2008. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and General Counsel of FNF since 1999. He is also a member of the California Coastal Conservancy.

Mr. Patrick S. Rhodin is the Chief Risk Officer of the company. Previously, he served as a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Legal and Claims at the company.
