Mr. Donald C Wood has been the Chief Executive Officer and Trustee of the company since 2003. Prior to this, he held various officer positions at the trust including President and Chief Operating Officer from 2001 to 2003, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2000 to 2001, Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer from 1999 to 2000, and Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer from 1998 to 1999. Mr. Wood served as the Chairman of the Board at the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts from 2011 to 2012 and as a Director at Post Properties. He was appointed as a Member of the Executive Committee of the International Council of Shopping Centers in 2014.

Mr. Daniel Guglielmone has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, and Treasurer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served at Vornado Realty Trust and Douglas Elliman Commercial Real Estate.

Mr. Jeffrey S Berkes has been the Chief Operating Officer and President of the company. Prior to this role, he served as Executive Vice President and President of the West Coast Region at Federal Realty Investment Trust (Federal Realty). Prior to this, he was appointed as the Chief Investment Officer at the trust in 2004. Prior to joining Federal Realty in 2000, Mr. Berkes was a Vice President of Acquisitions and Finance at Velsor Properties, a Northern Virginia-based private real estate investment firm. He served as a Director of Acquisitions for Federal Realty from 1997 to 1998. Prior to joining the trust in 1997, he was a Vice President of Acquisitions at Heitman Financial and JMB Institutional Realty (JMB). Mr. Berkes also worked as a Loan Officer at ITT Real Estate Services and as a Regional Investment Analyst at CB/Richard Ellis.

Ms. Dawn M Becker has been the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of the company. Prior to this, she joined Federal in 1997, served as General Counsel and Secretary in 2002, and Chief Operating Officer in 2010.

Mr. David W Faeder has been the Chairman of the company. Prior to this, he served as Managing Partner of Fountain Square Properties in 2003 and of Kensington Senior Living in 2011. Prior to that, he held various positions at Sunrise Senior Living from 1993 to 2003, including Vice Chairman, President, and Executive Vice President-Chief Financial Officer.
