Mr. Michael J. Heid has been the Chairman of the company since May 2022 and Director since May 2016. Prior to this he served as a Executive Vice President of Wells Fargo & Company from 1997 to January 2016. Mr. Heid served various positions in mortgage banking division of Wells Fargo, including as president from 2011 to 2015, as Co-President from 2004 to 2011, and earlier as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Loan Servicing.

Ms. Priscilla Almodovar has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since December 2022. Prior to this she served as a President of the company. Previously, she worked as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Enterprise Community Partners. Earler, she also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at New York State Housing Finance Agency, State of New York Mortgage Agency, and Affordable Housing Corporation.

Ms. Chryssa C. Halley has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President and Controller of the company. Previously she served as Senior Vice President and Deputy Controller; Vice President and Assistant Controller for Capital Markets and Operations; Vice President for Tax, Debt and Derivatives, and Securities Accounting; and Vice President for Corporate Tax of the company.

Ms. Kimberly H. Johnson has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the association since March 2018. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Risk Officer and Executive Vice President of the association. Previously, she served as a Senior Vice President and the Deputy Chief Risk Officer of Fannie Mae from 2013 to 2015. Earlier, she served as the Senior Vice President of Multifamily Capital Markets and as the Vice President of Capital Markets and Pricing and as Vice President of Credit Risk, Enterprise Risk Management from 2009 to 2013. Ms. Johnson also served as a Director at Credit Suisse and prior to that, she was a U.S Equity Trader at D.E. Shaw &Co.

Mr. Ramon Richards is the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of the company. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Vice President in Integrated Technology Solutions. He joined Fannie Mae in 1999 and has served as Senior Vice President in Securitization and Servicing Technology, Vice President in Securitization and Credit Technology, and Vice President for Finance and Corporate Function Technology, among other roles.
