Evolution Mining Ltd: Executives

Mr. Jacob Klein has been the Executive Chairman of the company since October 2011. Previosuly, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sino Gold Mining Limited. Mr. Klein also served at Macquarie Bank and PwC.

Mr. Lawrence Conway has been the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the company since 2023. Previosuly, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Finance Director at Evolution Mining Ltd since 2014.

Mr. Bob Fulker has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of a major Australian Copper producer; Chief Executive Officer at a junior African Copper producer and as the Asset President of BHP Billiton Cannington Silver Lead Zinc operation.

Mr. Barrie Van Der Merwe has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since March 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Group Finance at Orica Limited and Chief Financial Officer and Director at Lonmin Plc. Previously Mr. Van Der served as Chief Financial Officer of Debswana Diamond Company. He also served various financial roles at Anglo American Platinum.

Ms. Nancy Guay has been the Chief Technical Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this she served as Vice President Technology, Optimization & Innovation at Agnico Eagle Mines. Previously she served has Principal Metallurgical Engineer at SNC-Lavalin.
