Mr. Dominique D’Hinnin has been the Chairman of the company since November 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Lagardère SCA Co-managing Partner from 2009 to 2016, Lagardère CFO from 1998 to 2009, Executive Vice President of Grolier, Inc, Director of Internal Audit and CFO of Hachette Livre in 1993. He also served as advisor to Philippe Camus. Presently, he is serving board of Edenred and Louis Delhaize SA.

Ms. Eva Berneke has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since January 2022. Prior to this, she served KMD, Denmark. Earlier, she held several senior positions of TDC, Head of Strategy and Head of the company’s Wholesale Business division. Presently, she is board member at International Groups including Lego and Vestas Wind Systems as well as France’s Ecole Polytechnique.

Mr. Christophe Caudrelier has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since December 2022. Previously, he served as the Tikehau Ace Capital Partners as Operating Partner of Finance. He also served as the external auditor with Arthur Andersen, spent 17 years at Valeo serving in various positions in the US, Turkey, and the UK, including Chief Financial Officer of the Powertrain Systems Business Group. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Naval Group and Beneteau Group.

Mr.Arlen Kassighian has been appointed as the company Chief Engineering Officer in 2023. Prior to this, he served Alcatel Space (now Thales Alenia Space).

Mr. Jean-Hubert Lenotte has been the Chief Strategy and Resources Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Strategy and Strategic Marketing for the company from 2016 to 2019. He also served as the Director of Strategy of the company from 2013 to 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Consumer Service Line of McKinsey & Co from 2009 to 2013 and the Partner from 2004 to 2009. Prior to McKinsey, he served the Bouygues from 1994 to 2004.
