Mr. Fawcett has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since January 2023. Prior to this served as a Managing Director of Component Solutions of the company from 2014. He joined the company in 2010 as the Managing Director of the Moss Plastics business. Mr. Fawcett served as the Head of e-Commerce at Electrocomponents plc, where he held a variety of senior sales, marketing and e-Commerce positions during his 17 year career at Electrocomponents.

Mr. Jack Clarke has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Group Finance and Executive Director of Marshalls plc from October 2014 to April 2021. Prior to that, Mr. Clarke served as the Strategy Director and then Chief Financial Officer of AMEC (E&I).

Ms. Gabriele Hannen has been the Chief Strategy Officer of the company since March 2023. She joined the company in 2019 as the Finance Director of the Components business. Prior to joining the company, she held various Finance and leadership roles.

Mr. Rob Baker has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since January 2023. He joined the company in 2021 as the Director of Supply Chain. He has more than 25 years of expertise in supply chain covering end-to-end supply chain across consumer goods sectors and industrial products.

Ms. Oshin Cassidy has been the Interim Chief People and Culture Officer of the company since January 2023. Prior to this role, she served as the Group Human Resources Director of the company. Before joining Essentra, Prior to joining Essentra, Ms. Cassidy served as the Group Human Resources Director at Imagination Technologies. She held senior roles at various companies including Securitas, ComfortDelGro, Centrica, and QinetiQ.
