Mr. Mark W. Begor has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since April 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director in the Industrial and Business Services group at Warburg Pincus. He also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at GE Capital Real Estate; the President and Chief Executive Officer at GE Capital Retail Finance; and the President and Chief Executive Officer at GE’s energy management business. Mr. Begor served as the Senior Vice President and member of GE’s Corporate Executive Council and he also served as the Chief Financial Officer at NBCUniversal Media.

Mr. John W. Gamble Jr. has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of Lexmark International, Inc. from 2005 to 2014.

Mr. Bryson Koehler been the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, Mr. Koehler served as the Chief Technology Officer at IBM Watson and Cloud Platform. Previously, he worked as the Chief Technology and Information Officer at The Weather Channel Companies after serving as Senior Vice President of Global Revenue and Guest Technology at the Intercontinental Hotels Group.

Mr. John J. Kelley III has been the Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of the company since 2013. Prior to this, he served as a senior partner in the Corporate Practice Group of King & Spalding LLP from 1993 to 2012.

Mr. Jamil Farshchi has been the Chief Information Security Officer since 2018. Prior to this he served as Chief Information Security Officer at The Home Depot. Earlier he served as Global Chief Information Security Officer at Time Warner. Previously he served as the Vice President of Global Information Security at Visa.
