Mr. John Keppler has been the Chairman of the company since April 2023. Prior to this he served as a Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company.

Mr. Glenn T. Nunziata has been the Interim Chief Executive Officer of the company since November 2023. He also serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Financial Officer at Smithfield Foods Inc.

Mr. Mike Johnson has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of the company since June 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at SandRidge Energy, and Senior Vice President & Chief Accounting Officer of Chesapeake Energy Corp.

Ms. Brandi Colander has been the Chief Sustainability Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since January 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Sustainability Officer at WestRock and as the Associate Vice President of Natural Resources and Energy at National Wildlife Federation. Ms. Colander has also served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Land and Minerals Management at the United States Department of the Interior, and as Deputy General Counsel for the White House Council on Environmental Quality within the Executive Office of the White House.

Ms. Roxanne B. Klein has been the Chief Administrative and People Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since January 2023. Prior to this, she worked as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Knoll, Inc from 2021 to 2023. She has also served as the Chief Human Resource Officer of Knoll, Inc and has served in various senior management positions for Praxair, Inc. and Danaher Corporation.
