Mr. Juan Sanchez- Calero Guilarte has been the Chairman of the company since 2019. Currently, he serves as a Director of the Banking and Securities Law Magazine since 2009 and also Member of Editorial and Scientific Boards of the main Spanish Publications. He also serves as a Partner of Sanchez Calero Law Firm and Professor of Commercial Law of the Faculty of Law of the Complutense University of Madrid since 1997. Mr. Guilarte has been the Lawyer in practice since 1983.

Mr. Jose Damian Bogas Galvez has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Endesa since 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Director General for Spain and Portugal at the company from 2004 to 2014, Head of the Electricity Business from 1998 to 2004, and General Manager and Head of Generation from 1997 to 1998; Head of Energy Control and Management from 1988 to 1997; Adjunct Director of Energy Control and Management in1988; Head of Department of Commercial Relations from 1984 to 1986; and Head of the Section of Market Studies in the Planning Department from 1982 to 1984. Mr. Galvez had served as the Technical-Economic Advisor to the Directorate General of Energy at the MIE from 1986 to 1988; Systems Analyst at ERIA from 1981 to 1982; and Systems Engineer at DIMETRONIC's Engineering Division from 1980 to 1981.

Mr. Francesco Starace has been the vice Chairman of the company since 2014. He also holds the position of the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Enel and Chairman at Enel Iberia. Prior to these positions, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Enel Green Power from October 2008 to May 2014. Prior to this, he was the Chief of Market Division at Enel from November 2005 to September 2008, Chief of the Business Power Area at Enel from July 2002 to October 2005. He joined the Enel group in 2000 and held various management roles.
