Mr. Donald L. Correll has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of American Water Works Company, Inc. from 2006 till 2010. Mr. Correll also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Pennichuck Corporation and Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of United Water Resources, Inc.

Mr. Mark J. Tarr has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2016. Previously, he served various roles in the company including the Executive Vice President, President of Inpatient Divison, Director of Operations and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Tarr joined Encompass Health in 1993.

Mr. Douglas E. Coltharp has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2010. He also serves as the Member of Board of Directors at Under Armour Inc. From 2007 to 2010, Mr. Coltharp served at Arlington Capital Advisors and Arlington Investment Partners, LLC as a partner. Earlier, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Saks Incorporation. Prior, to joining Saks he served as the Senior Vice President and Head of Southeast Corporate Banking at Nations Bank, N.A.

Mr. Andrew L. Price has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2009. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Operations Accounting and Senior Vice President of Accounts. From 1996 to 2004, Mr. Price served at Centennial HealthCare Corp as the Corporate Controller and Senior Vice President. Prior to joining Centennial HealthCare Corp. Mr. Price also served as the manager at BDO Seidman.

Dr. Elissa J. Charbonneau has been the Chief Medical Officer of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Medical Services of the company. Previously, she served at the New England Rehabilitation Hospital of Portland as the Medical Director.
