Mr. Jassem Mohamed Bu Ataba Alzaabi has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. He also serves as the Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Department of Finance, Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for Financial and Economic Affairs, and Member of the Executive Council. Previously, he served as the Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Office. He also served as the Director-General of the National Cybersecurity Authority, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Yah Satellite Communications Company (Yahsat), and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Injazat Data Systems.

Mr. Hatem Dowidar has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Group Chief of Staff reporting to the Chief Executive Officer at Vodafone Group, London. He also served as the Director of Marketing of Vodafone Egypt and Chief Executive Officer of Vodafone Egypt from 2009 to 2014. Mr. Dowidar held several leadership positions in Vodafone Group and its subsidiaries, including Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Vodafone Malta, Group Core Services Director, Chief Executive Officer of Partner Markets and Regional Director Emerging Markets. He joined the company as Chief Operating Officer in September 2015 and was appointed as Chief Executive Officer, International in March 2016. Currently, Mr. Dowidar served as a board member of Maroc Telecom, Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily), Etisalat Misr (Etisalat Egypt), Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce & Industry, and Pakistan Telecommunications Company (PTCL).

Mr. Karim Bennis has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Financial Planning and Control Divisions of the company. Previously, she served as the Deputy Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Tractafric Motors Corporation. She also worked as the Financial Controller of Strategic Planning, Subsidiaries Management and Investor Relations of Maroc Telecom and Financial Controller of Crown Cork Holdings. Currently, Ms. Bennis serves as the member of the Board of Etisalat Egypt, Mobily in Saudi Arabia, Maroc Telecom Group in Morocco, Pakistan Telecommunication Company Ltd and Atlantique Telecom Holding.

Mr. Harrison Lung has been the Chief Strategy Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he was partner for technology, telecom, and digital in North America and Asia at McKinsey & Company. Mr. Lung worked as a technical architect at Bell Mobility, Sprint Canada (now Rogers Communications), and also at Accenture's mobile technology department.

Mr. Mohamed Dukandar has been the Chief Internal Control and Audit Officer of the company since September 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Group Executive Telkom Audit Services for Telkom South Africa SOC Limited from 2009 to 2016. Mr. Dukandar began his career at KPMG in 1996 as an Auditor.
