Mr. Ralph Hewins has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Elementis since November 2016. Prior to this, he served at Castrol for 12 years and held various positions including Chief Financial Officer Director of Castrol India from Jan 2010 to September 2016; the Vice President of Finance from January 2009 to December 2009; the Vice President of Strategy and Planning from March 2005 to January 2009 and Senior Business Advisor from January 2004 to March 2005. Prior to this, he served at BP as the Head of Group Strategy from May 2003 to December 2003; the Corporate Development Manager for Mergers and Acquisitions from August 2001 to May 2003 and the Gulf Gas Marketing Manager from Janaury 2000 to August 2001. Earlier, Mr. Hewins served as the European Solutions Manager for Commercial Fuels at BP from 1996 to 1999.

Mr. Paul Waterman has been the Chief Executive Officer of Elementis since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Global Chief Executive Officer of the BP lubricants business from July 2013 to January 2016; the President of BP Australia and New Zealand from July 2010 to June 2013; The Chief Executive Officer of BP Global Aviation, Industrial, Marine and Energy segments from March 2009 to June 2010 and also served as the Chief Executive Officer of BP Lubricants America from May 2007 to March 2009. Prior to this, he held various roles at Reckitt Benckiser and Kraft Foods.

Mr. Greg Bellotti has been the Chief Information Officer since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Chief Information Officer from December 2018 to March 2021. Prior to this role, he served as the Global Head of Digital Transformation from July 2018 to March 2021. He joined the company as Director of IT Americas and Director of Global Infrastructure in December 2014. Prior to joining the company, he served as the IT Director of Allscripts Summit Medical Group from February 2013 to December 2014. Prior to this role, he held various IT leadership positions at Siemens from December 2004 to February 2013.

Mr. Chris Shepherd has been the Chief Human Resources Officer since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chief HR officer in BGL Group from December 2015 to July 2017. He also served as Chief Human Resources Officer in Kantar from June 2014 to November 2015. Previously, he served as Group Human Resource Director at Edwards from May 2012 to April 2014. He Joined Mars as Human Resource Director and served as various positions such as Human Resource Vice President for Greater China, Human Resource Corporate Staff Officer for Asia Pacific and Vice President of Human Resource Mars Chocolate Europe from 2002 to 2011.

Mr. John O'Higgins has been the Chairman of Elementis since September 2021. Prior to this, he served as the senior Independent Director from 2020 to 2021. He joined the company in February 2020. Prior to joining the company, he served as a Director at Exide Technologies from 2010 to 2015. Previously, he served as Chief Executive of Spectris plc from 2006 to 2018 and also held several senior management roles at Honeywell International. Prior to this, he served as a Research and Development Engineer at Diamler Benz AG.
