Ms. Marlen Tamm has been the Chief Financial Officer and the Head of Management Accounting at the company since 2023. Previously, she served as the Head of Control at the company from 2019-2021. She also served as the Head of Financial Controllers in Management Accounting at the company from 2016 to 2019. Prior to this, Ms. Tamm lead the Financial Controllers at the company from 2012 to 2016. Before joining the company, she served as the Head of Financial Unit at Swedbank IT from 2011 to 2012. Prior to this, Ms. Tamm served as the Controller of Services at the Swedbank IT from 2009 to 2011. Previously, she held the position of Chief Accounting and IT Controller at Swedbank Support from 2005 to 2008. Ms. Tamm, currently also serves as the Head of Management Accounting at the company since 2021.

Mr. Andrus Durejko has been the Chairman of Management Board at the company since April 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ericsson Estonia from 2018–2023, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Ericsson Latvia from 2018–2023, Head of Digital Services in Sweden, Finland and the Baltics at Ericsson Estonia from 2016–2018, Program Director in the Nordic and Baltic Countries at Ericsson Estonia from 2014-2016, Regional Manager of Mobile Communications at Ericsson Ukraine from 2010–2014. Previously he served at Reveko Telekom and OY LM Ericsson AB, Baltcom.

Mr. Anne Mere has been the Chairman of the company since May 2022. Prior to this, she has been the Managing Director of Fazer Bakery Baltic, former head of Finnish and Baltic markets of the Finnish listed company HKScan, the former Chairman of the Management Board at HKScan Estonia. She has an extensive experience in the general management of food industry companies. Ms. Mere is a member of the Supervisory Board of the Estonian Health Insurance Fund.
