Ms. Elizabeth Coutts has been the Chairman of the company since October 2019. Prior to this, she served as the Chairman of Industrial Research, Meritec Group, and Life Pharmacy Limited. She also served as a Director of Air New Zealand Limited, Sanford Limited, the Health Funding Authority, the Yellow Group of Companies and Tennis Auckland Region Incorporated.

Mr. John Cullity has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this role, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer at EBOS from 2014 to 2018. Mr. Cullity has over 25 years’ of experience in senior finance roles within publicly listed companies in Australia, including Sigma Pharmaceuticals and the Coca Cola Company Limited in the US.

Mr. Leonard Hansen has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Previously he served as Senior Manager of the Audit and Advisory group at Deloitte New Zealand.

Mr. Mithran Naiker has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, He was the Chief Technology Officer at ASX Listed Transurban from 2018. He also served as Technology leadership roles such as the General Manager Infrastructure & Service Delivery at Transurban from 2015 and the IT Director.

Ms. Julie Dillon has been the Chief Executive Office, Animal Care of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as Vice President and General Manager at the Colgate-Palmolive Division of Hill’s Pet Nutrition business for Australia, New Zealand and Greater Asia.
