Mr. Craig Arnold has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Eaton since June 2016. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of the company from September 2015 to May 2016, and Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of Industrial Sector from February 2009 to August 2015. Mr. Arnold also serves as the Director of Medtronic plc, University Hospitals Health System, The Business Roundtable and The Business Council, The Greater Cleveland Partnership, and United Way of Greater Cleveland.

Mr. Olivier Leonetti has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since February 2024. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Johnson Controls. Prior to that, Mr. Leonetti served as the Chief Financial Officer of Zebra Technologies Corporation and Western Digital Corporation.

Ms. Katrina R. Redmond has been the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Eaton since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Hubbell. She also has held IT leadership roles at ABB, GE Grid Solutions, GE Industrial Solutions and GE Plastics.

Mr. Raja Ramana Macha has been the Executive Vice President and the Chief Technology Officer of Eaton since December 2020. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Schneider Electric’s Industrial Automation business. Previously, he also worked with Geometric Limited and Tata Motors.

Mr. Harold V. Jones has been the Chief Sustainability Officer and Executive Vice President, Eaton Business System of the company since December 2021. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of GE Aviation.
