Mr. David Rae has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2014 to 2020. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Operations at the company from 2012 to 2014. Earlier, Mr. Rae served in senior operating and executive roles with various international mining firms including Xstrata and Falconbridge.

Mr. Peter Gillin has been the Deputy Chairman of the company since 2021. He also serves as a Director of Wheaton Precious Metals Inc and the Chairman of Turquoise Hill Resources Ltd. Prior to this, he served as a Director of Sherritt International Inc. Previously, Mr. Gillin served as the Vice Chairman of N M Rothschild & Sons Canada Ltd, and the Managing Director of Scotia Capital. Earlier, he served as a Director of TD Mutual Funds Corporate Class Ltd.

Mr. Navin Dyal has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this he served as a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Teranga Gold. Prior to this he served at Barrick Gold Corporation from 2005 to 2012. Earlier, Mr. Dyal served as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1999 until 2003.

Mr. Iliya Garkov has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this he served as Senior Vice President, European Operations of the company
