Mr. Tod E. Carpenter has been the Chairman of the company since 2017 and the Chief Executive Officer and President since 2015, and Director since 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2014 to 2015. Mr. Carpenter also held various positions including Senior Vice President of Engine Products from 2011 to 2014; Vice President of Europe and Middle East from 2008 to 2011; and Vice President of Global Industrial Filtration Systems from 2006 to 2008.

Mr. Scott J. Robinson has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for Imation Corp from 2014 to 2015. Mr. Robinson also worked as an Investor Relations Officer, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at Imation Corp.

Ms. Tammylynne Jonas has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Information Officer for Self Esteem Brands and Holiday Companies. Ms. Jonas also serves on the Board of Better Business Bureau of Minnesota and North Dakota, Minnesota Technology Association and Second Harvest Heartland.

Mr. Michael J. Wynblatt serves as the Chief Technology Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Innovation and Emerging Technology at Ingersoll Rand, Vice President of the Innovation Center at Eaton Corporation, and Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Siemens Technology.

Ms. Amy C. Becker has been the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the company. Ms. Becker also served on the Board of Directors of Winmark Corporation.
