Mr. Todd J. Vasos has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since October 2023. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer from June 2015 to November 2022. He also served as a Director of KeyCorp in July 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer in November 2013. Earlier, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer February 2008 to November 2008 and Senior Vice President and Chief Merchandising Officer 2001 to 2008 at Longs Drug Stores Corp.

Ms. Kelly M. Dilts has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since March 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President of Finance of the company. Previously, she served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Francesca’s Holdings Corp from April 2016 to July 2019. Earlier, she held various senior-level positions at Tailored Brands Inc. including Senior Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations at from June 2014 to April 2016; Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer from July 2012 to June 2014; Vice President of Finance from April 2003 to July 2012; Associate Vice President of Finance from April 2002 to April 2003; Financial Planning and Analysis Manager from March 2000 to April 2002; and Assistant Controller from February 1998 to March 2000.

Ms. Anita C. Elliott has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since December 2015. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President and Controller of the company from August 2005 to December 2015. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President and Controller of Big Lots, Inc., from May 2001 to August 2005. Ms. Elliot also served as the Vice President and Controller of Jitney-Jungle Stores of America Inc., from April 1998 to March 2001. She served at Ernst & Young LLP.

Mr. Carman R. Wenkoff has been the Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since July 2017. Prior to this, he held various senior level positions at Franchise World Headquarters, LLC (Subway) including Chief Information Officer from May 2012 to June 2017; and Chief Digital Officer June 2016 to June 2017. Previously, he served as the Chairman and Co-President of the Retail Gift Card Association from February 2008 to May 2012. He also served as the Deputy Chief Information Officer of Independent Purchase Cooperative, Inc. from May 2005 to May 2012 and as the President of Value Pay Services LLC, from 2005 to 2011. Mr. Wenkoff also served as the founder and President of Stored Value Management, Inc. from January 2004 to May 2005 and the Vice President of Operations and Finance and General Counsel of Ontain Corp from January 2000 to December 2004.

Ms. Kathleen A. Reardon has been the Chief People Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since August 2020. Previously, she held various senior-level positions of the company including Senior Vice President of Human Resources from March 2019 to August 2020; Vice President of Retail Human Resources from October 2014 to March 2019; and Vice President of Talent Management from October 2012 to October 2014. Prior to this, she served as a Director of Human Resources from October 2007 to September 2009 at Centex. Ms. Reardon also held various roles with Carrier Corp, including Manager of Human Resources from August 2003 to August 2005, and worked as a Career Consultant at the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration, University of Virginia, from August 2001 to August 2003. Ms. Reardon joined the company as Director, Human Resources in September 2009.
