Mr. Jorgen C. Arentz Rostrup has been the Chairman of the company since 2023. He serves as Head of Telenor Nordics. From 2020 to 2023, he served as Head of Asia from Telenor ASA. Previously, he also serves as Chief Financial Officer at Telenor ASA from 2016 to 2020. From 2015 to 2016, he served as Chief Executive Officer and President at Yara North America Inc, and Yara International ASA.

Mr. Jussi Tolvanen has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Country General Manager at Microsoft Ltd Finland from 2018 to 2021. He also served as the Director of One Commercial Partner and Small, Medium and Corporate Customers of Microsoft Oy from 2017 to 2018. Prior to this, he served as Director, Small and Midmarket Solutions and Partners at Microsoft Ltd. From 2015 to 2017, he served as Managing Director Avanade Finland. From 2011 to 2015, he served as Director at Fujitsu Finland Oy. He served on varied manager roles at Hewlett-Packard from 2004 to 2011.

Mr.Timo Kipinoinen serves as Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. From 2019 to 2022, he served as Senior Business Controller for Consumer Business at DNA Plc. Prior to this, he also serves as First Vice President, Executive Adviser for Personal Banking Finland Nordea Bank Abp. From 2015 to 2017, he serves as First Vice President, Head of Retail Planning & Control Finland at Nordea Bank Abp. Previously, he served as Head of Business Support in HR Operations, Management Partner for HR Operations, Head of Corporate Actions Finland, Chief Business controller, Business Controller at Nordea Bank Abp.

Mr. Bjorn Taale Sandberg has been the Chief Strategy Officer of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and Research Director at Telenor ASA from 2012 to 2022. Prior to that, Mr. Sandberg served as the Vice President Competition and Customer Research at Telenor ASA from 2010 to 2012. From 2007 to 2010, he served as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at AeroMobile Ltd. Prior to this, he served as Chief Marketing Officer at Telenor Pakistan from 2004 to 2006. From 2000 to 2004, he served as Executive Vice President, Head of Strategy and Head of Markets at Telenor Mobile Communications from 2000 to 2004. Prior to this, he served as Director of Europe and South America practice at Teleplan AS, from 1995 to 2000.

Ms. Sari Leppanen serves as Chief Information Officer of the company from 2023. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President of Akita from 2021 to 2023. From 2017 to 2021, he serves as Chief Information Officer and DPO at 3 Step IT Group. From 2014 to 2015, he served as Vice President of Global Architecture at Telia Group Technology. Previously, he served as Head of Applications & Services Architecture at TeliaSonera Broadband from 2013 to 2014.
