Mr. Keh Shew Lu has been the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since June 2001. He has been the Chairman of the company since May 2020. Dr. Lu serves as a Board Member at Lite-On Technology Corporation (LTC) and Nuvoton Technology Corporation. From 2001 to 2005, he served as a Partner at the WK Technology Venture Fund. From 1998 to 2001, Dr. Lu served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Worldwide Mixed-Signal and Logic Products at Texas Instruments (TI). From 1996 to 1998, Dr. Lu served as the Manager of TI's worldwide memory business. He also served as the President at TI Asia from 1994 to 1997.

Mr. Gary Yu has been the President and Director of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Business Groups at the company. He also held various roles at the company including as President, of the Asia Pacific Region; Vice President of Asia Pacific Sales; and General Manager of the Company’s Shanghai wafer fabrication operation. Mr. Yu also served at Lite-On Semiconductor Corporation as Vice President of Worldwide Sales.

Mr. Brett D Whitmire has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since March 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of the company and also Director of Global Supply Chain. Mr. Whitmire also served at Freescale Semiconductor as Chief Financial Officer for the Analog and Sensors Division.
