Mr. Warwick Negus has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Colonial First State Global Asset Management, Chief Executive Officer of 452 Capital, and Goldman Sachs Managing Director in Australia, London and Singapore. Mr. Negus served as the Chairman of UNSW Global and Pengana Capital Group, and a Director of Washington H. Soul Pattinson and FINSIA. He serves as the Chairman of the Bank of Queensland and a Director of Virgin Australia Holdings Limited, Terrace Tower Group, New South Wales Rugby Union Limited and Tantallon Capital Advisors.

Mr. Ross Du Vernet has been the Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since March 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Investment Officer of the company.

Ms. Keir Barnes has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2019 to 2021. She also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Fife Capital from 2006 to 2019.

Mr. Melanie Bourke is the Chief Operating Officer of the company. She had 15 years of expertise in the property industry, working across Finance, Investor Relations, and Asset and Property Management. She serves as a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

Ms. Deborah Coakley has been the Executive General Manager-Funds Management of the company since 2013. Earlier, she had 25 years expertise in consulting, human resources and outsourcing gained in organizations such as Deloitte, Qantas and Alexander Mann Solutions. She serves as the Executive Director of Dexus Wholesale Funds Limited and Dexus Asset Management Limited. Ms. Coakley serves as a Director of the Property Council of Australia and President of Capital Markets Division and a Director of the Children’s Cancer Institute.
