Mr. Michael F. Devine, III has been the Chairman of the company since 2011. Previously, he served as a Director of The Talbots Inc and a Director and member of the audit committee of NutriSystem, Inca. Mr. Devine served as a Director and Chair of the audit committee of Educate, Inc., from 2004 to 2007. He also serves as a Director and member of the audit committees of Express, Inc, and Director and Chair of the audit committee at FIVE Below, Inc.

Mr. Dave Powers has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director of the company since June 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of global direct to consumer for Converse Inc. Earlier, he served as Senior Director of European retail and General Merchandising Manager for Timberland Inc and held various senior management roles, including global Divisional Merchandise Manager for the boy's division at Gap Inc. Mr. Powers joined the company in August 2012 as the President of direct to consumer. He serves as a member of board of directors of Solo Brands, Inc.

Mr. Steve Fasching has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since June 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Planning and Investor Relations, Corporate Strategy of the company since February 2018. He served as the Vice President of Strategy and Investor Relation at the company from January 2016 to February 2018. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Strategic Financial Planning of the company from August 2011 to January 2016. Earlier, Mr. Fasching served as a Director of finance and assistant controller of Princess Cruise Lines, Ltd.

Mr. Brad Willis has been the Chief Technology Officer and the Senior Vice President of information technology of the company since July 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Information Technology at West Marine. He also held several leadership roles in LVMH Moet Hennessey Louis Vuitton Group in North America and Japan. Mr. Willis has over 25 years of experience in global IT strategy and operations.

Mr. Thomas Garcia has been the Chief Administrative Officer of the company since 2021. He served on multiple roles including Senior Vice President, Senior Counsel, and Compliance Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Assistant General Counsel at Mentor Corporation from 2003 to 2009. Earlier, he was an associate attorney at the law firms of Hatch and Parent, and Buchanan Ingersoll.
