Mr. Piyush Gupta has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2009. He is also a Director of the Islamic Bank of Asia Limited and DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer for Citigroup South East Asia, New Zealand and Australia. He held various positions with Citibank including the Head of Strategic Planning for Emerging Markets, Regional Director for Global Transaction Services for Asia Pacific and Country Officer for Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia.

Ms. Chng Sok Hui has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2008. She also serves as the Supervisor of the board of DBS Bank (China) Limited. Prior to this, she served as the Managing Director and Head of Risk Management at DBS Group. She joined the company in 1983. Previously, she served as a Director of Bank of the Philippine Islands. Ms. Sok Hui serves on the board of The Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore and Singapore Exchange Limited.

Mr. Jimmy Ng is the Chief Information Officer, Managing Director and Head of Technology and Operations of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Head of Group Technology & Operations of the company. He also worked in the company's consumer banking operations. Prior to his career in DBS, he worked in ABN Amro, across a broad range of functions, including Operations, Middle Office, Risk Advisory Services, and Product Control.

Mr. Soh Kian Tiong has been the Chief Risk Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as Global Head for the Financial Institutions Group, responsible for relationships with banks and non-bank financial institutions at insurance companies, funds, securities companies, supranationals, central banks. Previously, he served as Credit Risk Head in Risk Management Group.

Mr. Helge Muenkel has been the Chief Sustainability Officer of the company since December 2022. Prior to this he served as a Head of Asia Pacific, Sustainable Finance and Global Capital Markets at ING.
