Mr. John T. Henderson, M.D. has been Chairman of the company since April 2022. Prior to this, he served as Director of the company from 2009. He also served as a Consultant to the pharmaceutical industry from 2000. Dr. Henderson was served as a Vice President in the Pfizer Pharmaceuticals Group Pfizer Inc. He previously served as Vice President, Research & Development in Europe, and later Japan, as well as Vice President, Medical for Pfizer’s Europe, U.S., and International Pharmaceuticals groups.

Mr. Robert I. Blum has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since January 2007. Prior to this role, he served as the company’s President and and held other senior-level positions at the company in research and development, finance, business development, corporate development, legal and commercial operations.

Mr. Ching W. Jaw has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since June 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of North America Pharmaceuticals at Sanofi from 2015 to 2017. Mr. Ching worked as the Chairman of North America Regional Finance Council and as the Chief Financial Officer for Ventana Medical Systems, a member of the Roche Group from 2012 to 2015.

Mr. Robert C Wong has been the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since May 2019. Prior to this, he served in various roles of responsibility which includes reporting, accounting, internal controls and most recently as Chief Accounting Officer and Interim Controller at Genentech for over 23 years. Previously, Mr. Robert served as Audit Manager at Ernst & Young LLP.

Ms. Kari K. Loeser has been the Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer of the company since November 2021. Prior to this, she served as the US Healthcare Compliance and Privacy Officer and Senior Corporate Counsel at Vifor Pharma Inc. Previously, Ms. Loeser served as Senior Director and Senior Compliance Counsel at Jazz Pharmaceuticals.
