CyberArk Software Ltd: Executives

Mr. Ehud Mokady has been the Chairman of the company since June 2016. He served as Chief Executive Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of the company. Prior to this, he worked as General Counsel at Tadiran Spectralink Ltd.

Mr. Joshua Siegel has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2011. Prior to joining the company, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Voltaire Ltd. Mr. Siegal also served as the Vice President of Finance at KereniX Networks Ltd. Mr. Siegel served in various positions at Lucent Technologies Networks Ltd.

Ms. Eduarda Camacho has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since January 2024. Previously, she served as the Chief Customer Officer and senior vice president of customer success at BMC Software. Prior to that, Ms. Camacho served as Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer at PTC.

Mr. Clarence Hinton serves as Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Corporate Development at the company. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Nuance Communications.

Mr. Omer Grossman has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since December 2022. Prior to this he served as Head of the IDF’s Cyber Defense Operations Center.
