Mr. Ted Papapostolou serves as the Chairman of the board, since 2023. Prior to this, the Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Accounting Officer of Icahn Enterprises L.P. (IEP), since 2020 to 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Director of IEP since 2021 and its Secretary since 2020. He also served in various senior management positions at IEP, since 2007 to 2020. Mr. Papapostolou has also served Grant Thornton LLP, and serves as a Director at Viskase Companies, Inc.

Mr. David L. Lamp been the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Western Refining Co. Before that, Mr. Lamp was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Northern Tier Energy Corp, which merged with Western Refining. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of HollyFrontier Corp. Mr. Lamp joined Holly in 2004 and held various roles, including Vice President, Refinery Operations, Executive Vice President, Refining and Marketing, and President.

Mr. Dane J. Neumann has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Prior to that, he held various other roles within the Company’s finance organization since June 2018, including Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis and Director of Projects & Controls.

Mr. Michael H. Wright serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President, since 2022. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Capital Projects since 2019 to 2022. He joined the company as Project Manager in July 2019. Prior to CVR, Mr. Wright served as senior consultant-Refining for Solomon Associates, since 2018 to 2019. Prior to this, he served in various senior roles HollyFrointer Corp, since 2005 to 2018.

Mr. C. Douglas Johnson has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of the company since March 2021. Prior to this, he served as vice president of Asia for Marathon Petroleum Corporation and vice president of Asia with Andeavor which is formerly Tesoro Corporation. He also worked for various roles with Western Refining, Inc., president of Western Refining Logistics, LP, and held various commercial and marketing roles with ConocoPhillips, Tosco and BP at his starting phase of the career.
