Ms. Lynn M. Bamford has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as President of Defense and Power Segments at the company and as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Defense Solutions and Nuclear division from 2013 to 2019. Ms. Bamford also served as the Vice President and General Manager of the company’s Embedded Computing business and Vice President of Product Development and Marketing for the company’s Controls segment.

Mr. Christopher Farkas has been the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Finance from 2017 to 2020; as the Corporate Controller of the company from 2014 to 2017; and as the Assistant Corporate Controller of the company from 2009 to 2014. Mr. Farkas also served in financial, operational and technical roles in various companies including Parker Hannifin and United Technologies Corp.

Mr. Kevin M. Rayment has been the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the President of Commercial and Industrial segment from 2020 to 2021. Mr. Rayment also served as the Vice President and General Manager of the company’s Avionics & Industrial business and as the Technical and Sales Director and as the Managing Director of Integrating sensing at the company’s Controls segment.
