Ms. Sandra B. Cochran has been the Chairman of the company since November 2023. Prior to this, she served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the company from November 2010 to 2011. Previously, Ms. Cochran served as the Chief Executive Officer of Books-AMillion, Inc. from February 2004 to April 2009. She also serves as a Directors of Lowe’s Companies, Inc.

Ms. Julie Felss Masino has been the President, Director, and Chief Executive Officer of the company since November 2023. Previously, she served as President of International at Taco Bell from 2020 to 2023; President of North America at Taco Bell from 2018 to 2019; and President, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Fisher-Price at Mattel Inc from 2017 to 2018.

Mr. Craig A. Pommells has been a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Red Lobster.

Mr. Bruce A. Hoffmeister has been a Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company since January 2021. Prior to joining the company, he worked with Marriott International at various executive positions including Global Chief Information Officer, Senior Vice President of Global Revenue Management, and Senior Vice President of Lodging Finance.

Ms. Donna L. Roberts has been the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since May 2020. She joined Cracker Barrel as Associate General Counsel in April 2012. She was promoted to Vice President and Deputy General Counsel in 2018 and became Vice President of Human Resources in 2019.
