Mr. Howard L. Lance serves as the Chairman of the company. He also serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of Summit Materials, Change Healthcare and director of New Vista. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Maxar Technologies from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, he served as Executive Advisor for The Blackstone Group from 2012 to 2016. Prior to this, Mr. Lance served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Harris Corp from 2003 to 2012. He has also served in various senior management positions at Emerson Electric Co.

Mr. Azeez Mohammed has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President at Bloom Energy; served in various senior management positions at General Electric for more than 20 years, including, Chief Executive Officer of GE Power Conversion. He also served at GE Power Services in the Middle East and Africa and GE Energy Services in Latin America. He started his career with GE Research.

Mr. Gregg Kam has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since June 2022. Prior to this he served as a Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at kdc/one; Chief Financial Officer of Sonneborn LLC and The Newark Group, Inc.

Ms. Tequila Smith has been the Chief Sustainability Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since May 2022. Prior to this, she served as a Vice President of Charitable Giving as well as President of the Alabama Power Foundation and Director of Energy Services for Alabama Power Company. She was also General Manager for Renewable Energy Operations at Southern Power.

Mr. Gagan Sood is the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy & Growth Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Transformation Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Americas Division for GE Power Conversion.
