Mr. Mark A. Emkes has been the Chairman of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as a Director of the company from 2014 to 2016. Prior to joining the company, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Bridgestone Americas Holdings, Inc; and Chairman, president and Chief Executive Officer at Bridgestone Americas, Inc. Previously, Mr. Emkes served as the President at Middle Tennessee Council of the Boy Scouts of America, Director at Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee, and the Advisory Board at Habitat for Humanity, Nashville Chapter.

Mr. Damon T. Hininger has been the Chief Executive Officer, the President and a Director of the company since 2009. Prior to this, he served as the President and the Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2008 to 2009. Previously, Mr. Hininger served as the Senior Vice President of Federal and Local Customer Relations of the company from 2007 to 2008 and also as Vice President of Federal and Local Customer Relations from 2002 to 2007. Mr. David Garfinkle has been the Chief Financial Officer and the Executive Vice President of the company since 2014. Previously, Mr. Garfinkle served as the Vice President and Controller at Bradley Real Estate, Inc., and as a Senior Manager at KPMG Peat Marwick, LLP.

Mr. Patrick Swindle has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he held various positions of the company including Chief Corrections Officer from 2018 to 2020, Senior Vice President of Operations from 2016 to 2018, Vice President of Treasury and Strategic Development from 2014 to 2016, Vice President of Strategic Development from 2013 to 2014, Vice President and Treasurer from 2009 to 2013, and Managing Director of Treasury from 2007 to 2009. Previously, he also held several managerial roles at various organizations including SunTrust Equitable Securities, Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. and Avondale Partners, LLC.

Mr. Harold Shannon has been the Vice President of Technology and Chief Information Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he held various positions of the company including the Managing Director of Program Management, Project Manager of Technology, Senior Project Manager, Senior Director of Program Management, and Senior Director of Enterprise, Resource, and Planning (ERP) Applications. Previously, Mr. Shannon served as the Team lead and developer at Accenture.
