Trubridge Inc: Executives

Mr. David A. Dye has been the Chief Operating Officer and Director of the company since October 2022. Prior to this, he worked as the Chief Growth Officer and Director of the company from 2015 to 2022. Previously, he served as the Chairman, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of the company from 2010 to 2015. He was the President and the Chief Executive Officer at CPSI from July 1999 to May 2006. Mr. Dye joined the company in May 1990 as a financial software support representative. Prior to that, he served as Director of Bulow Biotech Prosthetics, LLC.

Mr. Christopher L. Fowler has been the Chief Executive Officer and President for TruBridge of the company since July 2022. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Operating Officer of the company from November 2015 to 2022 and has been serving as the President of TruBridge since 2013. Previously, Mr. Fowler served as the Vice President Business Management Services CPSI since March 2008. He started his career with CPSI in May 2000 as a Software Support Representative and later as a manager of Financial Software Services. From August 2004 until March 2008, Mr. Fowler served as the Assistant Director and the Director of Business Management Services.

Mr. Vinay Bassi has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Financial Officer for the Audience Measurement division at Nielsen Holdings plc and Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy at Avaya Inc.

Mr. Wes Cronkite has been the Chief Innovation Officer and Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this role, he served as the Senior Vice President for Innovation & Strategy for BrightSpring Health Services. Previously, he held senior positions with nThrive, IBM and WebMD.

Ms. Tracey Schroeder has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since 2016. Prior to this role, she served as the Senior Vice President at Healthland from 2007 to 2016. Prior to Healthland, Ms. Tracey held various marketing leadership roles including, Director of Marketing with Lawson Software.
