Mr. Larry L. Enterline has been the Chairman of the company since July 2022. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer at Vulcan Holdings Inc. since April 2010 to present. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer at Fox Factory Holding Corp. since March 2011 to June 2019. He served as Chief Executive Officer at COMSYS IT Partners Inc since February 2006 to April 2010.

Mr. Elias J Sabo has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2018. Mr. Sabo was the Founding Partner of company’s Manager in 1998. Mr. Ryan J Faulkingham has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2013. He joined the company in 2008 and also served as the Director of Financial Reporting. Prior to this, Mr. Faulkingham served as the Vice President at Merrill Lynch & Co.,. From 2003 to 2006, he served as the Manager of Accounting and External Reporting at WebMD Health Corp. Mr. Faulkingham also served in Public Accounting at Arthur Anderson and KPMG.

Mr. Patrick A Maciariello has been the Chief Operating Officer and Partner of the company since 2019. Currently, he serves as the Director and the Chairman of The Sterno Group of Companies, LLC and Foam Fabricators, Inc. Mr. Maciariello also serves as the Director at 5.11, Inc.

Mr. Joseph Milana serves as the Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance of the company. Prior to this, he served at KPMG LLP as an Independent Consultant.
