Mr. Andronico Luksic Craig has been the Chairman of the company since 2013. He served as a Director of the company since 1986. He serves as the Director of Cervecera CCU Chile Limited, Embotelladoras Chilenas Unidas S.A., Compañía Cervecerías Unidas Argentina S.A., Central Cervecera de Colombia S.A.S. and Zona Franca Central Cervecera S.A.S. He also serves as the Chairman of Quinenco S.A. and LQ Inversiones Financieras S.A., Vice Chairman of Banco de Chile and Compania Sud Americana de Vapores S.A. He serves as a Director of several companies and institutions including Antofagasta plc. Mr. Craig serves as a Trustee Emeritus of Babson College and a member the Harvard Global Advisory Council, the International Advisory Board of the Blavatnik School of Government at Oxford University and the International Advisory Boards of both the Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management and the Fudan University School of Management. He is a member of the Latin American Executive Board of the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Mr. Patricio Jottar has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 1998. He serves as a Director of Aguas CCU-Nestlé Chile S.A., Cerveceria CCU Chile Limitada, CCU Argentina SA, CICSA, ECUSA, VSPT, Foods, Bebidas CCU-Pepsico SpA, CCK, Bebidas del Paraguay and CCC, and as the Chairman of Compañía Pisquera de Chile S.A. and Promarca SA. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Santander Chile Holding.

Mr. Felipe Dubernet has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2014. Previously, he served as the Chief Procurement Officer of the company from 2011 to 2014. He also serves as a member of the board of Aguas CCU-Nestlé Chile S.A., Comercial CCU S.A., Fábrica de Envases de Plásticos S.A., Transportes CCU Limitada and Chairman of CRECCU S.A. Prior to this, Mr. Dubernet served at Unilever for several roles in supply chain and finance in Chile, Brazil and the US. He joined the company in May 2011.

Ms. Gabriela Ugalde has been the Chief Human Resources officer of the company since 2018. Previously, she was the in charge of Organizational Development at Quinenco S.A. from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, Ms. Ugalde held management positions in the human resources department at Nestle, CMR Falabella, Banco Itau and Banco de Chile.
