Mr. Fabio Rogerio Zanfelice is the Chairman of the company. Prior to this, he served various roles include Chief Executive Officer from July 2013 to April 2015 and Officer for Energetic Planning from June 2011 to June 2013. He also serves the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Brazilian Association of Independent Power Producers – ABIAPE. Currently, he holds the positions of Chairman of the Board of Directors of VTRM (a Joint Venture Formed by CPP and Votorantim Energia), and a Deputy Member of the Board of Directors of the National System Operator – ONS.

Mr. Mario Antonio Bertoncini has been the Chief Executive Officer and Investor Relations Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Vice-President for Finance and the Chief Financial Officer of Nexa Resources, from 2014 to 2019, Corporate Treasury Officer in Votorantim S.A., from 2011 to 2013. Previously, he served various senior management positions in Banco Itaú BBA and Unibanco. Mr. Bertoncini served as a Director of Milpo and Atacocha mining companies from 2013 and 2018, and as a Director at Fibria, from 2012 to 2013.

Mr. Marcelo Antonio de Jesus has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Enel Chile and Eletropaulo. He served various various roles include Corporate Controllership and Tax Planning Officer in Grupo AES Brasil, TAM Linhas Aéreas S.A. – Latam Airlines, Flora Higiene e Beleza; Syngenta, and AES América Latina e Caribe.
