Mr. Luc Bertrand has been the Chairman of the company since 2016. He also serves as the Chairman of Ackermans & Van Haaren NV, Societe Internationale de Plantations et de Finance (SIPEF), and DEME Group. Previously, he served as the Chairman of DescriptionDredging, Environmental and Marine Engineering NV (DEME), Dredging International, and FinAxs. He also served as a Director of Baarbeek, Bank J.Van Breda & Co, Belfimas, BOS, Delen Private Bank, DEME Coordination Center, JM Finn & Co (UK) and Scaldis Invest.

Mr. Raymund Trost serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Joris Ide Group; the Vice President of Telecom Networks at Tyco Electronics; the Managing Director of Strategy & Business Development at Saertex; and the Financial Director, General Manager and Managing Director at Owens Corning. Mr. Trost joined the company in 2015.

Mr. Fabien De Jonge has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Finance at BPI, and a Project Finance Manager of the company. He also worked as an Auditor of Arthur Andersen from 1995 to 2000.

Ms. Valerie Van Brabant serves as the Chief People Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company from 2019 to 2022. She also served as the Manager of Human Resources at Louis Stevens & Co, Mobix Remacom, Mobix Engema, Mobix Engetec, and BPI from 2014 until 2019. She joined the company in 2007 as a Recruitment and Development Consultant.

Mr. Arnaud Regou serves as the Chief Investment Officer of the company. He also has been a Director of Wood Shapers since 2019, the Chief Investment Officer of BPI since 2015, and the Managing Director of BPI Luxembourg since 2015. Mr. Regou joined the company in 2008 and served as the Administrative and Financial Director of BPI Luxembourg. He also served as the Deputy Director of BPI Luxembourg.
