Mr. Franklin Myers has been the Chairman of the company since 2014. Previously, he served as Senior Advisor to Cameron International Corporation, a global provider to the oil and gas and process industries. Prior to that, he also served as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Cameron International Corporation from 2003 to 2008. From 1995 to 2003, Mr. Myers served as Senior Vice President and President, General Counsel and Secretary at Cameron. Prior to joining Cameron in 1995, Mr. Myers served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Baker Hughes Incorporated.

Mr. Brian E Lane has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2011. He served as Director at the company since 2010. Previously, Mr. Lane served as Comfort Systems President and Chief Operating Officer from March 2010 until December 2011. Prior to that, he held various positions in business development, strategy, and project initiatives at Halliburton. He also served as Vice President at Kvaerner.

Mr. William George has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2005. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the company. Prior to that, Mr. George served as the Vice President and General Counsel at American Medical Response, Inc.

Mr. Trent T. McKenna has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Vice President of Region 4 in the company. Previously, Mr. McKenna served in various roles at the Company since 2004, including as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary.

Ms. Julie Shaeff has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2005. Previously, she served as the Vice President and Corporate Controller of the company from March 2002 to May 2005. Prior to that, she worked as the Financial Accounting Manager of Corporate Controllers Group at Browning-Ferris Industries, Inc.
