Mr. Pascal Grange has been the Chairman of the company since September 2023. He also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Bouygues. He was appointed as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Bouygues in 2021.

Mr. Pierre Vanstoflegatte has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2023. He served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chairman of Bouygues Energies et Services from 2019 until its merger with Equans.

Mr. Eric Haentjens has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy General Secretary of the company. He held various roles at Bouygues Telecom including Deputy Managing Director, Finance Director, Finance Manager, and Strategy Manager. Mr. Haentjens also served as the Deputy Treasury Manager and an Administrative Supervisor at Bouygues; the Head of Finance Administration for the Housing branch at Bouygues Construction; and a Controller at CIPEL/Wonder.

Mr. Emmanuel Rollin has been the Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as the Head of the Building & Property Development Legal & Compliance Department at Bouygues Construction. Mr. Rollin served as the Chief Legal Officer of Bouygues Entreprises France Europe in 2006. He started his career as a Lawyer at Bouygues Travaux Publics, and also worked at Basil Read Holdings Ltd and Bouygues Construction SA.

Mr. Thierry Meline has been the Executive Vice President of France and Indian Ocean at the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Managing Director at Colas Roads France General Management division. Mr. Meline worked at Colas Midi-Mediterranee’s Cote as the Profit Center Manager and Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of its subsidiary. He also held various roles including Profit Center Supervisor, Assistant Head of Operations, and Construction Engineer.
