Mr. Tuncay Ozilhan is the the Chairman of the company. He also serves as the Chairman of Anadolu Endustri Holding since 2007 and as a Director and Chairman of the Turkish – Russian Business Council at the Foreign Economic Relations Board, Honorary Consulate for the Republic of Estonia and President of the Anadolu Efes Sports Club. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of the Turkish Industrialist's and Businessmen's Association in 2001. Earlier, he worked as the Chief Executive Officer of Anadolu Group in 1984 and served as Chairman of Coca-Cola Satisve Dagitim and Anadolu Efes Biracilik. Previously, he also served as the Coordinator of the Beer Group and General Coordinator at Anadolu Endustri Holding. Mr. Ozilhan served as the General Director of Erciyas Biracilik.

Mr. Karim Yahi has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since September 1,2023. Prior to that, he was the Deputy Chief Executive Officer at the company till March 1, 2023. Mr. Karim has held various roles at The Coca-Cola Company, spanning diverse functions and locations worldwide. His responsibilities included strategy, growth, finance, and mergers & acquisitions, with assignments in France, Turkiye, Germany, Latin America, and the United States. He was also the Chief Operating Officer at Fairlife LLC, a wholly owned dairy company of The Coca-Cola Company.

Mr. Erdi Kursunoglu has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since December 2023. He was the Finance Director at Coca-Cola Beverages Pakistan in 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Walmart Africa. Previously, Mr. Kursunoglu served as the Chief Financial Officer for various regions at Ericsson, such as Sub-Saharan Africa and the Middle East. Furthermore, during his tenure at Ericsson, he also assumed the role of Vice President of Sales for the Eastern Europe & Central Asia Region.

Mr. Atty. R. Ertugrul Onur has been the Chief Legal Officer, and General Counsel of the company since 2007. Prior to this, served as the Legal Counsel for Mobil Oil Turk A.S. and BP Petrolleri A.S. from 1995 to 2000. Mr. Onur worked as a Employee Representative at BP Turkiye, Council Member at BP Oil Europe Works and Council Link Committee Member at BP Oil Europe Works. Previously, he and served as Assistant General Manager and Legal Director at Pfizer Ilaçlari.

Mr. Ahmet Ozturk is the Chief Audit Officer of the company. Prior to this, he worked as Internal Auditor at Efes Beer Group International operations in July 2007 and later was promoted to Internal Audit Director at Anadolu Efes in January 2011. Mr. Ahmet started his career as an Assistant Financial Control Specialist and later worked at different positions which included, Chief Financial Officer at Coca-Cola Turkmenistan, Coca-Cola Azerbaijan, Efes Ukraine and Efes Serbia from 1999 to 2007 respectively.
