Mr. Zoran Bogdanovic has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2017 and a Director of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Member of the Finance Team of Coca Cola HBC Croatia from 1996 to 1998, Chief Financial Officer and General Manager of Croatian operations from 1998 to 2004 and as the Country General Manager of Coca-Cola HBC Croatia from 2004 to 2008. He also served as the Country General Manager for Coca-Cola HBC Switzerland from 2008 to 2011, Country General Manager for Coca-Cola HBC Greece from 2011 to 2013 and as the Region Director for 12 countries. He joined the company in 1996.

Mr. Ben Almanzar has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Regional Chief Financial Officer of Europe and Southern Africa, Vice President of Financial Planning, Analytics and Financial Strategy at Mars Inc. Mr. Almanzar also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Nestle Czech-Slovak and Chief Financial Officer for Nestle Waters in the UK.

Ms. Naya Kalogeraki has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2020. Previously, she served as the Chief Customer and Commercial Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served as a Director of Strategy for Chief Executive Officer Office. Ms. Kalogeraki also served as the company’s General Manager for Greece and Cyprus in 2013. Earlier, she also served as the Marketing Manager of The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC). She joined the company in 1998 and held various leadership positions including the Marketing Director, Trade Marketing Director, Sales Director and Country Commercial Director.

Ms. Sanda Parezanovic has been the Chief People and Cultural Officer of the company since 2015. Prior to this, she served as the Manager of Public Affairs and Communications, Serbia and Montenegro from 2003 to 2006. She also served as the Manager of Country Human Resources, and Public Affairs and Communications, Serbia and Montenegro from 2006 to 2010. Previously, she served as a Director of Human Resources Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, North Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Nigeria, Romania, Serbia and Slovenia from 2010 to 2015.

Mr. Jan Gustavsson has been the Chief Corporate Development Officer and General Counsel of the company since 2001. Previously, he served as the Deputy General Counsel for Coca Cola Beverages plc. Prior to this he served as the Assistant Division Counsel in the Nordic and Northern Eurasia Division of The Coca Cola Company. Earlier, he served as the Senior Associate in White & Case’s New York office.
