Ms. Sol Daurella has been the Chairman of the company since May 2016. Prior to this, she held various leadership roles in Coca-Cola Bottling Businesses. Earlier, she worked as a Director of Banco de Sabadell SA, Ebro Foods SA and Acciona SA. Currently, she serves as the Director of Equatorial Coca-Cola Bottling Company SL. She also serves as the Co-Chairman and member of the executive committee of Cobega, SA; Chairman of Olive Partners SA and Co-Chairman of Grupo Cacolat SL.

Mr. Damian Gammell has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Anadolu Efes. He also served as Beverage Group President of Anadolu Group. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Coca-Cola Içecek AS.

Mr. Peter Brickley has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Global Chief Information Officer and Managing Director of Global Business Services at SABMiller. Previously, he served as the Non-Executive Chairman of Newbury Building Society.

Mr. Stephen Lusk has been the Chief Commercial Officer of the company since 2021. Previously, he spent 30 years in the Coca-Cola company serving in various senior leadership positions in supply chain, sales and marketing and general management in Europe. Earlier, Mr. Lusk led the Coca-Cola bottler in Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei.

Mr. Victor Rufart has been the Chief Integration Officer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Coca-Cola Iberian Partners S.A. Previously, he held various positions at Mr. Rufart also worked with Cobega, SA, and held various leadership roles including Director of New Business, Head of Finance, advisor in the formation of Equatorial Coca-Cola Bottling Company and Head of Tax Planning.
