Mr. J. Frank Harrison, III has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 1996. Prior to this, he served as the Vice Chairman of the company from 1987 to 1996. He served as a Division Sales Manager and Vice President of the company in 1977.

Mr. Umesh M. Kasbekar has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as Secretary of the company from 2012 to 2017 and as Senior Vice President, Planning and Administration of the Company from 2005 to 2015. Earlier, he worked as the Vice President, Planning of the company.

Mr. David M. Katz has been the Chief Operating Officer, Director, and President of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President from January 2018 to December 2018. Earlier, he served the company as the Executive Vice President of Product Supply and Culture & Stewardship from 2017 to 2018, Executive Vice President of Human Resources from 2016 to 2017 and Senior Vice President from 2013 to 2016. Mr. Katz served as the Senior Vice President of Midwest Region at Coca-Cola Refreshments USA Inc from 2010 to 2012. He also served as the Vice President of Sales Operations at Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc (CCE) for its East Business Unit from January 2010 to December 2010. From 2008 to 2010, Mr. Katz served as the President, Chief Procurement Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Coca-Cola Bottlers' Sales and Services Company LLC. He began his Coca-Cola career in 1993 with CCE as a Logistics Consultant.

Mr. Scott Anthony has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2018. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of the company from November 2018 to December 2018. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ventura Foods LLC from 2011 to 2018. Earlier, he served worked with CCE for 21 years in a variety of roles, including Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CCE’s North America division, Vice President of Investor Relations and Planning, and Director of Acquisitions and Investor Relations.

Mr. Matthew J. Blickley has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Financial Planning of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis of the company from 2018 to 2020, as Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis from 2016 to 2018, and as Corporate Controller from 2014 to 2016. Earlier, he served Family Dollar Stores, Inc in various senior financial roles, including Divisional Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis and Director of Financial Reporting from 2011 to 2014.
