Mr. LI Tzar Kuoi Victor has been the Chairman of CK Life Sciences Int'l (Holdings) Inc since 2002. He also serves as the Managing Director, Deputy Chairman and the Chairman of Executive Committee of Cheung Kong (Holdings) Limited. Mr. Victor serves as the Deputy Chairman of Hutchison Whampoa Limited, the Chairman of Cheung Kong Infrastructure Holdings Limited, a Non-Executive Director of Power Assets Holdings Limited and Co-Chairman of Husky Energy Inc.

Mr. YU Ying Choi, Alan Abel is the Vice President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2020. Previously, he was the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served at Standard Chartered Bank, Dairy Farm and American Express, in Hong Kong and overseas. Mr. Abel also served as the Vice President, Worldwide with Johnson & Johnson.

Mr. IP Tak Chuen Edmond has been the Senior Vice President, Chief Investment Officer and Director of CK Life Sciences Int'l (Holdings) Inc since 2021. He also served as the Deputy Managing Director of Cheung Kong (Holdings) Limited, the Executive Director and the Deputy Chairman of Cheung Kong Infrastructure Holdings Limited and a Non-Executive Director of TOM Group Limited and ARA Asset Management Limited.

Mr. MO Yiu Leung, Jerry has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to CK Life he served in several senior management positions in major corporations in Hong Kong, Australia, and the UK for accounting firm.

Mr. Toh Kean Meng, Melvin has been the Vice President in Pharmaceutical Development and Chief Scientific Officer of CK Life Sciences Int'l (Holdings) Inc since 2021. Prior to joining the Group, he served as the Director of Clinical Pharmacology in Oncology Development.
